1. Application requirements

- The applicants shall be the member of a sport club.
- Application is possible while free places are available, but till
31. May 2012 latest.
2. Payment terms
- The calculated sum can be paid in a lump sum (1/1) or in two installments (1/2 +1/2) by bank transfer to the bank account of HWPSC Ltd. at the

- An electronic invoice of payment/payments will be sent to the e-mail address of payer. The electronic invoice received in this way shall be printed out and please bring it with yourself to the camp in order to reconcile it at the arrival.
- In case of incomplete and inaccurate payments the application cannot be accepted!
3. Cancellation terms
- Exceptional cases of cancellation can be found in the Rules of the House.
- The HWPSC undertakes to refund 50% of the sum received till the cancellation by bank transfer until
31. May 2012 within
10 working days after cancellation.
- After
31. May 2012
no paid sum can be refunded.
